They are looking to have the cistern replaced and taken away. They don't want an entirely new toilet because the bowl is fine plus it has tiling around it. I have attached some photos of the toilet from the front, the piping and a view in to the cistern. Let me know if you need more. The toilet currently has the seat removed because my parents use an over-toilet frame.
