I don’t normally write reviews, but these guys really impressed me. We’ve got a very large around 30m sugar gum in a tiny backyard with really tricky access over multiple houses. A few other companies suggested lion’s tailing it, which the consulting arborist warned me about, these guys actually listened, followed the arborist report properly, and did real end weight reduction instead of taking shortcuts. We recently used Professional Tree Surgeons and couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was punctual, friendly, and extremely professional from start to finish. They took great care in pruning and removing trees safely, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and left the backyard looking immaculate. Their attention to detail and communication throughout the job were outstanding. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient tree specialists!

Ben and the team were amazing. From the quote through to the very difficult dead tree removal, stump grind, helping us choose the replacement tree species and providing advice on the soil - nothing was too much to ask. They were so careful working over our and our neighbours houses. I could not be happier and look forward to watching the new trees grow up.

When the other companies told us to remove our trees because they were ‘dangerous’ the team at PTS carefully pruned and treated them. 2 years on and they have never looked better. We are so glad we didn’t remove them! they really love trees and want to retain them and I still get to hear the birds chirping every morning :)

If you love your trees then this is these are the people to go to. We got two quotes from other providers in the $4000-6000 range. After carefully examining our trees, PTS advised us that no work was required at present to maintain healthy trees, and that minor pruning might be needed in a year's time.

Absolutely first class service. Careful with machinery placement, consulted several times to ensure the lopping met our requirements and tidied up really well. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Not good communicators. I expected some damage & mess, but the team of four were not very cooperative on cleaning up. Shared driveway was a big mess from chipping process. Invoice was more than accepted quote.

Avoid. Terrible to deal with, no respect, poorly run.
