I found the customer service, product and pricing hard to beat when shopping around other companies in the area. Staff where very helpful and never pushy on any one solution, focusing on the needs I wanted for the flooring rather then trying to up sell. Even after the purchase of the flooring they where very helpful with tips on installing and touching base with a follow up afterward on making sure that I was happy with the end result.
