From Labrador 2 bedrooms, 1 study, 1 dining room, 1 living room apartment to Helensvale house took me 6.5 hours and made many damages to my furnitures and appliances, and the worst experience is the staff denied their fault dropped my furnitures on the ground. I've moved several times over the years and it is usually fraught with problems and stress, inefficiency and coupled with this, I find moving incredibly difficult and probably more challenging than the average person as I'm quite OCD with my household and having things in order so it's literally my worst nightmare! Very impressed with my moving experience. The workers were proactive and very efficient. They took care of our furniture and stacked our storage unit neatly and with good use of space. I will be using this company again for sure.

Friendly, organised and great communication! Received the names of the team doing my move the day before so I knew they will be coming the next day. They also have an app where I received a link to see the truck live online when they were coming to the pickup so I could get ready for them. Best moving experience ever! Disappointed as they scraped the stairs quite badly, their truck left huge stains in the driveway, didn't move 2 large items. One was missed and one they refused to move. Because it was too awkward. No other removalists have refused to move it before. As a single mum and no other way to move the items I'm completely stuck now. Don't recommend. UPDATE Jacaranda contacted me and I provided photos but they never called me back to resolve issue of damaged stairs. Instead have replied to this review....
