I was told that moving the piano would cost more but the extra demanded was double what the office suggested. When I rang and enquired I was told that the mover would assess the situation, but even though he kept telling me different reasons why, he had decided the amount before they started work. Plus he kept going on about it. Plus he kept whining about the hard work. I?m sure moving furniture is hard work but it is LITERALLY the job! Not great. The office staff were helpful and nice though.

My aunt hired Black Diamond to move her out from a large family home (now an empty nester). They were professional, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend Black Diamond to anyone needing to move. They took the stress away and made it a lot easier for my aunty to begin her new life in a new house. 5 stars.

Black diamond removalists went above and beyond moving the day to suit. They were on time professional and in control of every aspect of our move. I would not hesitate to recommend them

Poor quality service, minimal care taken to furniture. The truck was dirty and no protection blankets were used. A few of our furniture got damaged during the move and our expansive mattresses had black dirt marks all over. Unfortunately we didn't purchase additional insurance, so the damage wasn't covered. Was disappointed with the lack of communication.. showed up late and assumed settlement being later. The team got the job done and was very good with our furniture.. appreciated the care taken on the day.
