4 years agoPositive: Professionalism , Punctuality , Responsiveness Ken came out to remove and install and new dishwasher as requested by our rental agent. Hands down friendliest and most knowledgeable handyman i have ever come across. Will be reaching out in the future for any services we require.
2 years agoKen came to install my new dishwasher and he was absolutely wonderful. He offered great communication from the beginning. He was on time to the job and was such a lovely person, very friendly and helpful and a great laugh. He did the job without fuss, despite facing some tricky plumbing issues, and was excellent value. I?d highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Thank you Ken!
a year agoKen entered my residence and began walking me through the process of installing my new dishwasher, but by the time he left we had spoken about far more. He is just a pleasure to be around, but that does not take away from his capacity as a professional, there were difficulties involved in the installation that could not have been forseen. however, Ken made sure to clearly communicate the circumstances and costs involved and did the additional work on the spot which was surprising.
