Several companies we contacted refused to even visit the site to provide a quote and wanted to do so from Google Earth photographs alone? Absolutely no way of telling what we actually needed. Seb came to visit himself. Talked through all of the options. Timeframe from quote to pour was great. Job done in a timely fashion, exactly as promised.
