New Home Plumber in Woodside, 5244, SA
The house is in a rural area 5kms from Woodside, the whole property relies totally on rainwater. The septic system is done, needs to be connected to the house.
There are 2 x 22,500 litre rainwater tanks, both about 3/4 full. The concrete one needs to be connected to the house. There are 2 x 22,500 litre galv tanks ordered, delivery expected end of Nov. Advice/input on best placement would be appreciated. One of these tanks will be for CFS. There are 6 downpipes, all end level with the foundations, water needs to go into the tank.
The kitchen sink is in, but no fittings. Need provision to connect the dishwasher also. There is no spout or taps to the sink, need hot and cold taps (not mixer).
Freestanding acrylic bath also needs to be plumbed in.
I can't move in until the house is "operational".

Walk through was Tuesday this week, hand over expected to happen first half of October.
The tiles are slate, approx 300 x 2300mm (12" x 9") area to be tiled is very approximately 65m? comprising lounge/dining/kitchen, and passage.
The tiles will be cleaned of grout and adhesive, sorted by thickness.
Quite a few are chipped but they can be filled in with grout. Odd shapes can be used under the fridge and dark corners.
I am really looking forward to having my home back but have had to cut huge corners to be able to afford even second hand tiles.

Suction cup toy in shower drain, past elbow of the pipe. Have tried pushing 25 litres water in a bucket down and it came out the floor drain. Unable to see toy or feel it. Water airlocks, drains quickly and builds back up quickly
