2) Shut off the water supply feeding the cooler.
3) Disconnect the wiring from the control box and isolate the circuit.
4) Remove the thermostat/controller wiring inside the home.
5) Disconnect the water line feeding the cooler.
6) Remove solenoid valves, float valves, and pumps.
7) Drain any remaining water from the sump to avoid spillage.
8) Detach the Breezair unit from its mounting frame on the roof.
9) Seal the roof penetration where ducting entered to prevent leaks.
10) Remove all internal ducting away from the ceiling.
11) Leave ducting vents attached to the ceiling.
12) Seal and waterproof the roof where the evaporative unit sat.
13) Replace roof tiles to restore integrity. Roof tiles supplied by owner.
14) Dispose away the decommissioned evaporative system and all it's parts.
Note: The house is a single story 4x2 with no insulation.
