Job is to 1) remove door and window, 2) brick up half the door (up to the height of the existing window) 3) make safe the remaining gap until the new window can be installed.
Remove and replace 6.2m section of hardwood timber retaining wall with hardwood or pine H4 200mm x 75mm sleepers, from front peg boundary stepped or sloped up from 400mm height to 600mm to 800mm (to 3.9m length) up to a consistent 1m height for last 2.3m and tucked behind an existing joining 1m post. Existing 4 posts of 300mm, 520mm, 770mm and 990mm height to be sawn off at ground level, concrete left in the ground and 4 new posts alongside or near existing. Job must be done manually by hand, no machinery, no diggers, no bobcats, no trucks or utes to be used on site or footpath. A seperate quote required to install 7.1m of colour-bond fence on top stepped at 1365mm panel widths for 3 steps (or sloped if more practical) and a side colour-bond gate approx 1m wide. Thank you.
Laundry Renovation. There are 2 sets of taps in the photo. Both need work. The washing machine taps need moving so they will not be visible when the renovation is complete. The taps above the sink need replacing and moving so we can install a mixer tap (again, hoping for it not to be visible). Happy to take suggestions / advice on positioning of both sets of taps
Need a plumber asap - discovered a small leak in the water line in the upstairs of the house last night. Wrapped gaffa tape around it and called a 24/7 Plumber who quoted $1800+ to repair but said they could come today and do it from their own business for $300 - $400. Waited all day no show, tried contacting no luck. I am back at work tomorrow and 76yo mum can't be without water.
I've turned off the water today and tonight, only turn back on for showers.
