I have a small tiled garage roof that is leaking during rain.
The leak appears to be coming from the roof junction where the garage roof meets the main house roof (valley / abutment area).
Photos attached.
This is not a cosmetic job — I just need a practical, temporary fix to stop water ingress.
⚠️ Important:
The house will be demolished in approx. 12 months, so I am NOT looking for a full reroof or expensive long-term solution.
I am looking for:
✔️ A practical weatherproof repair
✔️ Stop rainwater entering garage
✔️ Budget-friendly solution
✔️ No need for visual perfection
Possible solutions could include:
Installing flexible flashing (e.g. Wakaflex / lead substitute)
Sealing and securing existing metal flashing
