Hi. My name is Barry. Sam (boss woman) and I own a property at 9 Federal Street in Oakey that is need of a new bathroom floor. We’re a very busy couple and aren’t in the habit of doing things twice so instead of stuffing about we are wanting to replace the entire bathroom.
What we can tell you regarding the house…
1. House is on stumps. (About 600 high)
2. House is steel frame.
3. Current floor is chipboard under vinyl.
4. House is tenanted.
5. Property manager is Ray White Rural Oakey.
Tenants are cruisey and will be happy just to get a new bathroom. Toilet is seperate so no issues there. The lady that lives there has family close by and is willing to shower there while works are completed. Ray White are also cruisey and will easily work in with trades for access if they are given the appropriate notice.
What we would like done…
1. Gut bathroom
2. Replace floor with fc
3. Waterproofing
4. Tile floor and walls including tiles on window sill to replace all timber (pic below)
5. Install new shower (currently shower o/bath)
6. Install new vanity
7. Install new mirrored cabinet
8. Install towel rails etc
9. Paint ceiling
We will supply the following…
1. Tiles
2. Shower
3. Taps etc
4. Vanity
5. Mirrored cabinet
6. Towel rails
I’ll send through a pic with measurements etc to give you a rough idea as to what you’re dealing with. As far as I can tell electrical and plumbing will stay as is. Keep in mind Sam and I are not builders, plumbers or sparky’s when looking at the plan.
We are good to go as soon as we find the right builder that can schedule our job in for an agreed price.
Due to work we can be hard to get a hold of. My number is 0428566057 and my email is bbrad83@gmail.com
Ray White can be contacted on 46 709685. Sandra Barron is the property manager and will be more than happy to help with access for quoting purposes and hopefully renovations.
If you need any more info please get in touch.

Please see window example and rough plan below.
Lawn is very long due to wet weather. Clippings must be taken away
Photo really doesn't show the correct length due to it being taken at night.
Can get a ride on in back yard, but will still need push mower to do side of house. Thank you
