We would like to investigate if it is possible to remove some internal walls to make a open plan living area in the center/back of house. We would like to remove the kitchen wall with the sink on it in the plan attached. Which is an original double brick external wall. I would say (load bearing wall) with structural footings. I'm unable to attach a plan??
We would also like to remove bedroom 2 wall, between the lounge room and bedroom 2. This is also a double brick original external wall (load bearing wall) also with structural footings.
The wall between the kitchen and bedroom 2 also needs to be removed. I believe this is a single brick original internal wall, not sure if it is load bearing or not. I would say it probably is. We would like some advice on what is achievable. Engineer drawing and plans I believe would have to be completed to establish the extent of the structural supports need to remove these walls. Thank you for your time. I look forward to receiving your email. Kind regards Steve
