We would also like to remove bedroom 2 wall, between the lounge room and bedroom 2. This is also a double brick original external wall (load bearing wall) also with structural footings.
The wall between the kitchen and bedroom 2 also needs to be removed. I believe this is a single brick original internal wall, not sure if it is load bearing or not. I would say it probably is. We would like some advice on what is achievable. Engineer drawing and plans I believe would have to be completed to establish the extent of the structural supports need to remove these walls. We would like to investigate if it is possible to remove some internal walls to make a open plan living area in the center/back of house. We would like to remove the kitchen wall with the sink on it in the plan attached. Which is an original double brick external wall. I would say (load bearing wall) with structural footings.
