We would like to remove a wall on the lower storey of our 2 storey residential home (between dining and family rooms). We need the services of a Certified Structural Engineer to advise us if the wall to be removed is a structural wall or not, so we can proceed as appropriate.
We require the Certified Structural Engineer to come on-site in Kambah and advise and put recomendation findings in writing. We have put 3 large holes in the roof gyprock around the wall, to show beams around the wall, between the 2 storys, to assist with investigation.
