Have continuous runoff from council park onto our land causing water ingress leaks into lower ground floor rooms during heavy weather events. Need to stop that flow of water with a suitable boundary wall (or suggested option).
Recommend excavating down to the bottom of the concrete footing at the back left hand corner of the house and applying a new application of waterproof membrane (previously done 2017) from the bottom of the footing the entire way up the wall. Install an aggregate drainage system (if not already in place) to remove the water so that there is not a consistent buildup of water against the external brick wall. During excavations investigate whether the weep holes have been covered by earth and I recommend blocking off the brick work weep holes so they do not allow water to leak into the wall cavity.
