I need a form 60, and a form 71B filled in and signed by a qualified roof plumber for 3 units built in 1995 to enable final sign-off by HCC. Original paperwork was either mislaid by council, or never submitted by builder/builder's plumber.
This is just in relation to the storm water drains.
