I found Toms Pest Control when another major pest control company cancelled on me and then did not turn up when rescheduled. I had a possum problem and Tom’s were fantastic!! The technician Thomas was polite and professional and kept me updated on arrival times etc. Pleasure to deal with them and several hundred dollars cheaper than their competitors. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with the service that was provided. The team came an hour earlier and were super friendly and informative about what they were doing, the treatment itself as well as how to maintain things moving forward. They completed the job in a very timely manner. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Will be using them again in the future!

Pest control service man was helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with. I had a rat infestation treatment because of my aviary. At this stage I cannot say how the treatment worked as it's too early to tell, but I'm hoping for the best.
