Jimmy is very helpful. We did not need to contact Synergy or Western Power -Jimmy did it all for us. The installation team was above and beyond the best trades people we have seen in a very, very long time. Organised, efficient, professional and courteous. We are happy to recommend Jimmy and his team any time. Jimmy took all the pressure away. The technicians even explained and showed us how the system works. Very best people.

These guys quoted twice the amount of other quotes, automatically hired themselves on my Hipages ad, tried to upsell and then harassed me for the next week. Go elsewhere unless you want to be harassed by their annoying staff.

On the 5th of May 2022 I paid in full to have a 6.66kw system installed at my property in Swan View. To date nothing has been installed, having been told work would start within 10 working days (50 days have now past.) Their salesman's phone rings out. On the occasion i did get through to him he says he will get back to me but never does. He blames the rain, that i had a new Meter installed, etc. My fault was to pay the full cost up front.

The staff in sunpower solar solutions are top notch, from our first email through to the installation process. The whole team was polite, professional and helped us with our queries. They kept us informed at every stage of the project, from before the solar panel installation to after installation. We would definitely use them again and will happily recommend their services. Couldn?t be happier with out new solar panels and battery!

I was talking to Desiree Boone, on the phone, in regards to getting solar panels installed on my house. As we were talking, she hung up the phone. When I called back, noone answered the phone. I can now go to another company for service.

From start to finish, the team at Sunpower Solar solutions provided excellent service, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had about the installation process. They were prompt, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that everything was done right. Not only did they do an exceptional job with the installation itself, but they also helped me navigate the various rebates and incentives available for solar customers, which saved me a considerable amount...

Not great service took 3 months to get solar panels working and I still don't know if they are until I get a bill. Also wasn't informed that if your system is 6.6 kw or bigger you will receive nothing that goes back to the grid. Communication poor unless wanting payment. Be prepared to follow up with power company as i was told it's done multiple times only to ring and told they are waiting on this , then myself having to prompt solar company to get it goin. Never again. look elsewhere
