We have carpet and underlay, but we need the old carpet ripped up and the new carpet laid. It will be in 3 rooms, a converted double garage and 2 bedrooms. The carpet is coming from a new build and they are replacing all their carpets with tiles and giving us the carpet and underlay from 3 bedrooms and a large living area. We are getting it delivered to our house on Wednesday 20 August but we need to clear out those rooms first. My husband can possibly take out the old carpet, if it saves us a lot of money. If it’s a reasonable price, it would be better if you could do both - rip up old and replace with new. We are in Helensvale.

There must be something wrong on the chimney cap since there is water coming all the way down which have leaked and damaged the wooden wood, the chimney needs to be checked for any leaks and chimney cap potentially be replaced.
