Kitchen "soft close" drawer not closing properly. Drawer won't go in the whole way (see photo). May need new parts? Second drawer is closing, but making a strange sound when it closes. May need adjusting or replacing as well? Drawers seem to be screwed in to fixtures.They don't seem to lift up and out easily. Looking for someone to help with the fix. Thanks

I bought curtains and curtains track online which came with screws, ceiling mounts and wall anchors (picture) but I do not have a drill or know how to use the provided items so I need someone who has experience to help put them up. The ceiling is 267cm tall and I have a step ladder.
